delta tower and primessetter error

HI,
Please can anyone help me with the following error?
when I switch on the primessetter , the delta tower and the rip;
in the GUI software it display RECORDER-ERROR)the supply cassette does'nt belong to the
recorder.And some menu icones in the GUI softwarebare not accessible.
What can I do?
