    Good day people. I have Topaz 2 heidelberg scanner and the following error message comes up when initializing...(a41c (topaz 2 scanner) Mechanical parts for optical adjustment cannot be moved. perform visual check of mechanical parts. If you cannot find any error, call the service.) Please i need help.
