plate loader problem

Dear All,

Can anybody help? I am having error 4139 on our plate loader connecting a prosetter.
What is strange there is that the jalousie would have successfully moved and
separated the plate and the paper. The paper to the waste tray and the plate to the
drum of prosetter. Still it will be showing error of paper jam inside the cassette.
with this i cant use the equipment.
