    Default Solvent recovery

I am a small printer going through about 100 gallons of blanket wash per year (not a big volume). I wanted to look into small solvent recovery systems instead of having my solvent picked up and hauled away.

Does anyone know of any manufacturers out there selling these systems. I have not found a lot on the web.

    Thanks.

Maratek, which is available through Pitman.
    Maratek Environmental Inc.

    And

    Uni-ram distributed through manroland.
    Uni-ram Corporation

Maratek has several sizes, uni-ram does not.

Hart Industries in East Haven, CT (800) 638-2349 in the distributor for the Metafix Solvent Recycling Sytem (SRS) manufactured by Uni-Ram. They do carry the three models....great unit and a great ROI.

Why not switch to a wash that allows you to reduce the overall volume of wash consumed? There are low VOC washes that clean better than traditional solvents while using 50-80% less volume.

Try Optimum Environmental. google for their website. Solvent recovery systems and a new system that's really inexpensive for recycling fountain solution.
