Envelope Wholesaler

Does anyone have a good suggestion on were to buy #7 teller with latex on flap? We occassionally have to farm out different oddball envelope jobs and are having trouble locating a good wholesaler. Recently the company we were using saw fit to mail our customer our invoice copy disclosing our pricing and source. When questioned about it, they simply laughed and said "whooops". Would like to find a company with a little better practices and pricing.
