Tinting on Mag/Blk Units

help please , recently moved to a new plant ,we are running goss color liner 4 color towers we are having problems with tinting on the mag and black decks - both inverted - tinting down the leading edge it creeps in as the run progresses ,any advice would be seriously appreciated i am told it never used to happen but they did have a very poor wash up programme- but why these two colors- extra damp clears it but we all know the consequences there fount mixture is common to all towers fed from one tank, we are getting it on both press lines

ill keep it brief but could be excesive roller oscillation in the journals of these two units, check for side to side play, if all ok check temp of the pans if there from the same source these might be hotter than the rest. Magenta always tints first in chemistry related issues but for the black to tint first suggests a problem unit related, repost with a bit more info and with a bit of time and patience im sure we will resolve this issue

Inks? Fount data?> Formula - pH - conductivity- Tank Temp & Pan Temps? - Paper stock types would help also.
