    Default USPS equipment smearing finished mailers

    Our in hose stock was Explorer and have switched out to Ovation due to cost and runnability...probllem is the new pastal requirements and equipment is causing smear and ink pulloff. We have used a variety of inks but the 4/c (AB Dick 4995) makes switch over problamatic...anyone using this press and hard drying fast set up ink w/ Mitsu. plates??
