Dye Printing on Blotter Paper

I am looking for help in controlled printing of a florescent dye onto Blotter paper, also, onto permeable plastic. I have found the dye to easy dissolved in alcohol and can be applied by dipping the paper. I am however looking for support on printing the dye onto the paper in a uniform manner where the density of the dye can be reasonably controlled in a larger scale production environment.
