scratch off problems

I am new to scratch off and am having problems with product smear under finger rub..is there a step in process i am missing such as varnish coating (uv or otherwise) after opacity bump and silver. Is there an ink available in order to get the results i am looking for under finger rub? Any help regarding this problem will be appreciated...

What form of scratch off are you applying? Foil, screen print?
When we have done scratch off using a local screen printer we apply a "hard release" varnish before sending out for the scratch off.

I will "second" the Hard Dry Release varnish. Always use it under the screen printed scratch off without a problem.
