Problems with Teslin

Have a job on press with Teslin stock. Ink piling mostly at 50% screen area, problem develops over time. starts after running 1000 or so and gets progressively worse.

Have tried reducing ink.
Remixing water from alkless sub to 10% alcohol
New blankets
Chiller off
Differant printing units

I'm thinking it's an ink problem. Using Braden suphkin inks

Definitely sounds like a 'Braden suphkin inks' problem. Call your technical contact at 'Braden suphkin inks' who will DEFINITELY fix it right and fix it right at this moment. OR, go elsewhere and get it fixed in October or never. There's youer DEFINITE answer to your problem friend. D
