    Are you certain you're using plastic inks? If not, that is your problem.

    Work with your ink / stock suppliers and find the best combination for the stock you want to run.

    Make sure that your UV lamps and reflectors are in tip top condition.

    Run a primer if necessary on certain stocks. Test the primer as well as part of the combination.

    Check the dyne level of your incoming stocks randomly. Adequate dyne level is crucial for good ink adhesion.

    Make sure that your stocks don't get too old. Dyne levels fall with age and high temps.

    Each stock manufacturer is different and sells a different product. If possible, deal directly with the manufacturer. Make sure that all of your incoming stocks have been corona treated.
