Default Dull UV Varnish Please Help!!

Looking for input regarding dull UV varnish. We run alot of it on long runs and can't find one that will hold up in the roller train. It seems to be breaking up and the dulling agent seperates from the ink. Which makes it want to build up on the rollers. This causes numerous problems.

    Any input would be great.

I use Actega matte varnish 377. Runs really well, but needs to be stirred in the fountain, or at least watched, so it doesn't back away from ink ductor. If you are running the water speed to high it would cause the varnish to break down.
    Good luck
