Tiff Image Trapping Problem

Hi all,

one of my customer is using prinergy Evo 4.0 with Trendsetter 800II, we are facing a problem in Evo Trapping, when we process our job and wants TIFF Images to trap all particulars are trap except TIFF images, i have also checked with try to chose other options but didn’t get success.

an other hand we have Agfa Apogee RIP with IRT option and we process same job and then job result comes ok.

Kindly advice
