Allowing low res PDF download from StoreFront

We have a customer request to allow select users of their StoreFront to download low res PDFs of the products available on the site. One of the options when creating a Product Template appears to enable the ability to do just that but I am lost as to how to make it available once the check box is selected. Does anyone have this working for their customers?

Either no one is following this thread or they do not wish to devulge their traade secret. I am not a technician, but when I worked for one of the major Web-to-Print Service Providers, they allowed their customers that option. If no one responds, I would suggest that you talk with someone in Adobe PDF support for help.
