Pandora 2.9 stopped working.

Next day Pandora 2.9 stopped working, the light on the dongle is on but message says either "dongle not attached" or "not licenced". its the same message that shows when the dongle is not attached. Any answers please.

It could be that Pandora was launched without the dongle plugged in. Pandora will go into demo mode at that point. Quit Pandora, plug in the dongle, then go to the Help menu to Licensing and click the dongle licensing button to reapply the dongle numbers. If this doesn't work I'm at a loss.

when launching pandora all the help menu's are greyed out and there is no Licensing button, only "password", but as i say all these under the help are greyed out.
