Dolev 800 error code

I have a dolev 800 and I am getting a error code that says " No unload device" Can someone please help?

Arthur,
What is exactly the ERROR message?
Are you working to an Unloading cassette or to an On Line Processor as it sounds like the Dolev does not know what the unloading devise is?
If you are working to an Unloading Cassette make sure that the cassette is inside the Dolev the corsct way and the Lever inside the Dolev points to the Cassette.
If you have a processor make sure that the Procesor is On Line and Ready. Good Luck
