CopyDot vs TIFF Assembler Plus

Greetings,

We are in the process of updating our Brisque front end to Tiff Assembler Plus (TAP). It is reported that viewing trapped and imposed files using (TAP) is much faster that using Copydot.

Any comments / real world experiences on the difference between the TAP and Copydot in terms of QC'ing would be appreciated.
