Hello team please help

I have a few questions

Is it possible that in Smart Review by default puts the unit in mm

Do you every time you open a job, I go to edit properties, then select "Upload Processing Rules" for example, "RIP CMYK" or it can be when opening the job to automatically assign all RIP CMYK, it can only work as a "user stuff" I am right?

Please help with coorections, how do you upload the newer version to replace the older

The idea is that users have selected RIP, but that it can it must be a "Customer User" without support "Configure Upload Processing", am I right? Because if you stuff the user then has no opportunity to choose "Upload Processing" whether I'm right?
