dolev 800 registration problem

Dear all

In one of my freinds machine ( dolev 800 1995 ), there is a registration problem, when we take the full size film all the film register 100%, But for example if we take 60x90 cms film the 60 cms is correct on the 90cms side it is smaller by 1.5mm and skew of 1.5mm
And if we take multicolor in in single film and then cut and try to register each one on the above it does not happen.

Can any one help.

Easier solution could be:

clean the drum
check all the vacuum holes, use a pin to clear all of them while the Vacuum is ON
check if the film is spread as it should be
clean and apply silicon oil on the V groove

The more difficult solution ( and expensive) will be to check and calibrate the Spinner. For this a technical guy will be needed.

please let me know how did you solve the problem. same problem happens to my machine also.full sheet comes ok. but if 2 up or 4 up giving at lest 1 to 1.5 mm miss or stretching. pl reply.
