    Default Smart Review won't launch

    I have a couple clients on PC's who can't launch Smart Review. Both have Java 6 build 21 on their windows machines. One running XP, the other running Vista Home Premium. Any ideas? We are using Insite Creative Workflow v4.1

    What happens when they run System Diagnostics from the login screen?

    I there is a bug with that version of Java and the uploader, but Smart Review still works for us on a newer version of Insite.

    This is worth a try. Have them go into Java in the Control Panels and click on the Advanced Tab. Then uncheck the “Enable the next-generation Java Plug-in (requires browser restart)” and click Apply. That should switch the Java behavior to match previous versions.
