Brisque Minor issue _ some one help me pls

Hi

I have brisque Aix version AIX 4.3

When i start login after type cdesci it gets loginto common desktop environment after that it shows

Action Required:

The DT messaging system could not be started to correct the problem

1. Choose (ok) to return to the login screen.
2. Select fail safe sesssion from the login screen's option menu and log in.
3. Check to see that the hostname is correct in :/etc/hosts.

other hostname problem can be corrected by using the command smitmktcpip.

For additional information pls see the DT users guide.

if i click ok then only brisque startup with continue lodon.

Kindly suugest how to sort out the issue.

problem in the tcpip (smit) something with the host name or tcpip address

You have 2 ip with the same host name in /etc/hosts file.
For correct login as root (not cdesci) and put:
#smit tcpip
You can view/edit the hosts file and can check that the host haven´t 2 adress ip.
If there is 2 ip delete the bad adress.

If you know Unix also can edit manually the hosts file located in /etc.
