Dolev 800 film unload problems

Hi,

I am having problem of unloading film from the dolev 800. when the dolev 800 finishes to expose film it starts to unload to the online processor but the film gets stuck in the middle before reaching the processor. Can anybody shed some light on what could be the problem.

Where do you remove the film from...the bridge or the conveyor?
