Help Dolev 800 error

Hi, my friend runs a Dolev 800 with HQ RIP v7. We faced this problem message "HP Calibration Err Carriage Already Move".

Since we do not manual. Anybody help me to fix it.

Open the lid of the dolev and go into diagnostics from thr pannel and go to HP calibration.
With the handle part of the screwdriver tap gently the area where the HP detector is. If I remember well the optimum value for the detector is about 125.
