    Default dolev 200 nofilm error=5494

We have a Dolev 200, run by Dolev PS/M 5.0, on a Mac G3 Yosemite, running OS 9.2.2.
When we submit a .ps to plot, it gets to the “prepare plot” window, pauses for a few
seconds, then gives a “NoFilm Error= 5494” in the message window. The Dolev control
panel shows “host cpu A online” for a few seconds, then goes back to “standby”.
There is film in the Dolev. It is mounted to the drum properly. The “film in” sensor
seems to be working properly because the control panel displays “standby” with film in
and “E001: no film” with no film loaded. This is compatible film because we have been
using the same film for years.
We have tried: several different files-including small, text only files, shortening the name
of the file, reversing the fiber optic cable leads, unplugging and reinserting the “film in”
sensor wires, putting the “host cpu” plug in the “B” slot, processing files with the Dolev
off, restarting PS/M, restarting the G3,
The only change was a “CommonProblem Error= -1” with the Dolev off or the leads
    reversed.
    So:
    Is the problem with PS/M?
    Or is it the Dolev?
    Or the G3?
This Dolev 200, Kodak has declared past “end of life” and refuses to create a case
number, do a service call, consult, or do anything to help.
Since Kodak is useless, is there a manual or set of instructions that will walk us through
the diagnostic functions on the Dolev control panel, and would that be useful in solving
    the problem?
And how can we get hold of such instructions?
Is there a way to get Kodak to provide the information we need to troubleshoot/service
the machine ourselves since they refuse to?
