    Default Mismatched Plotter expose lines

I'm getting a mismatched plotter expose line required: 75120 DDB counted: 26496 error. This is on a Lotem 800 with a brisque in front of it.

It is only happening sporadically. It will run a few plates ok and then plot a third of a plate and then fail.

Can anybody tell me what they think the problem is?

    Thanks
    Jerry

Most common cause of this is the TSP in the Brisque or the DDB card but there may be other reasons too.

    Default DBB card

    Thanks for answering.

Is the DDB card in the Lotem itself?

YES. It is a BIG/EXPENSIVE board in the L Box which is behind the LHSide door. Even heat can cause intermittent problems. Open the LHS door; remove the 2 Alen screws that secure the L Box and gently pull out the L Box. Get a vacuum cleaner and clean under the box. There are 2 big fans on the top of the L Box that cool the boards . Maybe one of them is not working?
