    Default Insite (Do you want to save this file?)

    When you click on a page in smart review is there anyway to prevent the "Do you want to save this file?" window from appearing? (working on a pc)

    I just fixed this problem with one of my customer service reps yesterday. What browser are you using? There is a way to tell it to always download and open the file. Let me know what browser, and what OS and I'll write you a step by step on how to do it.
