Kala - are those lines vertical (around the drum) or horizontal?
The calibration test pictures are blurry but I see some ghosting in there.... this means data problem.
Reseat the TSP cable and check for bent pins. Do you have a spare DDB-1-N card?
Make a backup, uninstall the Lotem application, delete the Lotem registry and reinstall the application clean or just reinstall OS and application.
If diodes are mixed up you will get vertical lines all across the plate but very close to each other - about 1mm apart - will not cause horizontal lines - these are coming from TSP, DDB most probably but may also be caused by the sync signal which I think it's generated in the Ebox (probably Strobe card or NUC but I'm not sure exactly which one)
Your application may not be not starting because of wrong or corrupted values in the registry.

    pls find replies online..

vertical from top to bottom bottom to top not horizontal

tried firing the job from running machine rip and tsp and tsp cable (we have 2 machines one is running) same result so its not data problem...

earlier 24 diodes working fine with image and calibration so hope DDb is also not a problem

reloaded software.. no issue's same status

still expecting diode side is the problem becaz i swapped few laser diodes order for eg 7th laser in 1 position and 12 laser into 2nd position...but all are calibration even though at >350mw values lines again its very close and vertical lines no horizontal as i said earlier..

TSP, DDB most probably but may also be caused by the sync signal which I think it's generated in the Ebox (probably Strobe card or NUC but not sure)

everything works fine in 24laser earlier so iam not sure whether NUc or strobe is the cause.. thinking and doing arrangement for elevation test as advised by patch..

    No software issues...

    anyother suggestions pls..

    regards

Here are some things to consider:
If the lines are caused by misfiring diodes the distance between lines should be around 1.2mm for 48 diodes and ~0.6mm for 24 diodes..
The software will not start if you have wrong values for the diodes in the registry (you will get C++ or some .dll errors at application start)

I would start by using the 48 diodes configuration with clean install of application.
If you want to use diodes 0-23 only adjust first and last "EXPOSE laser active" - do not touch first and last "laser active"
Run some test with with only the first or last set of 24 diodes and see if problem is on both or only one set - then follow the same logic you used to identify the bad LDD board earlier to figure out if and which diodes are swapped or not turning on.
If results are bad with any set of diodes, try physically disconnecting the corresponding LDD's to avoid them to be activated.
However, this would only explain the lines on your plates and I think there's more to it - mixed up diodes will not cause any kind of image ghosting on this scale.
The large ghosting makes me think that your DDB is causing this - try replacing it.
