COSDOC ERROR in Prinergy 5.2.2

Since I updated the Prinergy to version 5.2.2 with some refines are COSDOC ERROR.
Does anyone know what can be said?
Prinergy platform installed on DELL R710 - Windows 2008 server with 16GB.

Since I updated the Prinergy to version 5.2.2 with some refines are COSDOC ERROR.

Prinergy platform installed on DELL R710 - Windows 2008 server with 16GB.

This was happening on our server after moving to 5.1
Kodak TRC adjusted a registry setting for the normalizer jtps's so the temp files for all jtp's are not in one folder.
It now creates a temp folder for each normalizer jtp and seems to have fixed the problem for us. Wish i know exactly what to tell you to adjust.

I made a change for myself.
I changed the settings of all computers antivirus.
I removed the network scanner option and left only for checking local disk.
Thereafter, the ERROR COSDOC stopped.
It seems solved.
I'm looking to finish.
Without the help of technicians from Kodak.
I'm not sure and the reason I am a bit far, Brazil, but they are not serving me right.
