CSR/PRODUCTION PLANNER

A large printing company in Chatsworth is seeking a Customer Service Representative / Production Planner to join its team.

Responsibilities include:
•Work closely with sales and production departments. Responsible for coordinating all incoming print / design jobs from start to completion.
•Attend daily production meetings
•Communicate well within all levels of the organization, team-oriented, and vision for the future growth of the organization.

Qualifications:
•Must have exceptional knowledge of print, layouts, planning and production
•Must be extremely organized and able to prioritize efficiently
•Planning and problem solving skills with a proven track record in achieving results
•Experience with PSI software a plus
