POSITION
RESPONSIBILITIES:

� Manages activities for CTP (Computer to Plate) product portfolio and �the system�.
� Manages activities for plate requirements, plate transport and plate processing as part of the �system�.
� Serves as the central resource with design, process, manufacturing, engineering, quality and marketing throughout the CTP and system product�s lifecycle.
� Promotes investigation and application of new technologies and industry trends to product management activities.
� Develops business plans, marketing strategy, annual budgets and forecasts for assigned product lines as well as the annual 5 year strategic plan.
� Maintains current status of customer requirements for existing and future products.
� Identifies, evaluates and recommends marketing opportunities consistent with product line objectives.
� Actively supports and interfaces with sales for purposes of equipment training, configurations and bundling assistance.
� Actively interfaces with service as required supporting customer installations.
� Manages OEM or source of supply relationships.

EXPERIENCE/
EDUCATION:

� BS/BA degree in Marketing, Engineering or related discipline or equivalent experience and a minimum of 12 years related work experience.
� Reports to the CMO.
� Requires broad expertise and knowledge of, uses skills to contribute to development of company objectives and principles and to achieve goals in creative and effective ways.
� Works on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles.
� Exercises independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
� Contacts pertain to significant matters often involving coordination among groups.
� Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments.
� May supervise the activities of others.
� Must be able to travel domestically and internationally based on business necessity.
