Major independent US-Based printing plate manufacturer seeks Technical Support-Service professional to perform Technical Service and Support duties for our customers' printing plate intallations, including Conventional UV and CTP Plate installations in the Latin American Region.

This Position reports to International Sales Manager

Both English and Spanish language Fluency are required.

Duties include: Service and installation of plate processing machinery, General printing plate product support. Plate Processor and Platesetter Troubleshooting, Analyzing and Solving Press-related printing plate issues, as well as General Technical Sales and Service Support.Must also have very good electrical and mechanical skills.

Attendance and Support Work at Graphic Arts and Printing Related exhibitions/shows in both Latin America and the US may be required.

Extensive Travel throughout Central and South America, the Caribbean and Mexico required. Must be able to travel independently.

Good correspondence and writing skills required. Must be capable of writing technical reports in both English and Spanish.

Company to supply technical training as required.
