CGX is seeking a Digital Shift Supervisor to manage and oversee the day-to-day production of a digital printing facility. Supervise personnel, plan and schedule production, finish, and bindery work for the operation on designated shift.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Ø Oversees all facets of the shift operation of the organizational unit, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, policies, and operating agreements.

Ø Manages, schedules, trains and evaluates assigned personnel in the performance of assigned work activities in areas such as methods, techniques, quality, quantity, safety, and scheduled completion dates of work activities.

Ø Recommends and initiates personnel actions, such as hires, promotions, transfers, discharges, and disciplinary measures, within established company procedures. Counsels employees about work-related issues and assists employees to correct job-skill.

Ø Ensures production processes incorporate ISO standards and reporting requirements.

Ø Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
