Senior Packaging Pre-Press Operator at CAG Imaging in Norwich, CT

We are seeking a highly motivated and loyal Pre-Press Technician with working knowledge and experience in combination printing processes, pre-press, and print technologies.

Experience needed:
-Knowledge in Flexo, Offset, Rotary Screen and Gravure pressroom and color separations preferred.
-Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and ArtPro is a must!
-Must have experience with direct to plate Creo/Kodak VLF PLatesetter & Nexxus Workflow
-Trapping files in Illustrator is necessary

Responsibilities will include:
-Reviewing/preflight files
-Image manipulation correction and color trapping
-Responsible for creating files in PDF format and transmitting files through email & FTP

Must have at least 5 years experience.
