Digital Service Technician at G.E. Richards Graphic Supplies in Landisville, PA

Technician will be a member in the service department being deployed daily to customer sites repairing, installing, and optimizing various equipment in the printing industry. Technician will also operate equipment when performing demonstrations to customers. While in the field tech may be called by other customers/salesmen to troubleshoot/quote problems. Tech will receive training from current staff as well as attend schools at manufacturer locations. Technician will track hours, expenses, parts needed and turn in to the appropriate employee.

Associates Degree in Computer Science or related field; or equivalent work experience recommended.
Knowledge of various workflows and networking required.
Must be willing to travel.
Knowledge of CTP, Imagesetters, and other digital devices a plus.
Need to have good customer service skills.
Strong electric and mechanical skills.
