The Order Management Specialist is the front line customer satisfaction daily contact, serving as an information conduit to and from customers, manufacturing personnel, and sales personnel by being responsible for the receipt, accuracy and coordination of customer orders and special requests. Employee is responsible for obtaining and communicating order fulfillment schedules, tracking order process through manufacturing, and troubleshooting and providing creative solutions to problems as they arise. Serves as the customer voice in internal meetings, when resolving quality issues and in all communications.
