Pre-Sales and Post-Sale Technical Specialists Needed

Xitron, the prepress industry's leading independent developer and integrator of Raster Image Processors, RIP management software and workflow solutions headquartered in Ann Arbor, Michigan, is seeking two individuals to join our team in Ann Arbor.

These individuals will join a team of knowledgeable industry professionals who take pride in getting the job done right the first time. Experience with Harlequin RIPs and prepress operations are a must. Additional familiarity with applications such as PitStop, Inp02, and InDesign, or workflow applications such as Apogee, XMF, or Prinergy are desirable.

Pre-Sales Technical Specialist Responsibilities:
*Demonstrating products over the internet and occasional trade shows around the world
*Testing and evaluating software for quality assurance and marketability
*Running customer test files through our systems for benchmarking and quality testing.
*Identifying requirements for new software development

Post-Sale Technical Specialist responsibilities:
*Telephone support
*Remote system configuration
*On-site installation and training

The post-sale technical specialist position requires 50% travel throughout the US, with occasional opportunities overseas. Some weekend travel may be necessary.
