Job Functions:

Ripping files produced from static and variable data files using digital print equipment.
Digitally manipulating color calibration set-up to meet expectations for color target.
Operation of a HP Indigo 5500 digital press along with any finishing equipment such as a binder, saddlestitcher, cutter, UV coater, etc.
Responsible for reviewing proofs, loading paper and unloading finished product.
Responsible for maintenance of digital press along with the ability to troubleshoot on behalf of repair technicians.
Manage electronic input, finishing activities and posting fulfillment in high speed/high volume operations.

Qualifications:

2-3 years experience in a digital printing environment
Experience in operating a HP Indigo 5500 digital printing press and bindery finishing equipment.
Interpreting and executing critical and complex instructions and job specifications.
Strong technical, mechanical and troubleshooting abilities
Excellent close and color vision for inspecting digital color output.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
