    Default Operations Manager at O'Neil in Los Angeles and Dallas

    • Operational and management experience in the digital print industry with an understanding of the flow of print production
    • Understanding of Digital Print Path, Digital Book Market, Photo Book and HP Indigos
    • Candidate must have a detailed background in commercial or in-house printing operations, along with understanding in digital, print litho, high-end color, fulfillment and mail
    • Experience as an operations manager in a print/publishing environment and working with Customer Service/Project Managers
    • Understanding of programming functionality as it relates to the publishing of data to print or web
    • Understanding of composition software such as GMC or HP Dialogue a plus
    • Estimating skills to be able to discuss pricing
    • Skilled in determining cost efficient production methods and developing process improvements
    • Must be a motivator and have strong leadership skills, dedication to build a strong team
    • Excellent communication skills with internal and external clients
    • Excellent organizational skills, detailed oriented and ability to work within a fast paced environment, and be committed to servicing clients
    • Proficient in Excel
    • BA or BS Degree or higher
