Requirements:
• Project management experience in the printing/fulfillment industry
• Must be able to write functional specs and understand programming functionality as it relates to the publishing of data to print or web
• Experience in writing job tickets
• Ability to work in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Proficient in Excel
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

Responsibilities:
• Assures that the client’s jobs are developed accurately with client specifications, and keeps customer and sales informed of status, progress and problems associated with production
• Assures that all jobs successfully go through production on a timely basis in keeping with established client schedules and billed promptly
Experience in the following areas a plus:
• Understanding of mail and fulfillment
• Understanding of composition software such as GMC or HP Dialogue
• Knowledge of print processes
• Experience in digital printing
