in-plant opportunities

Does anyone have any information on how to find out what companies have in-plant printing facilities within their organization. I live in the fox cities of Wisconsin (Appleton, Green Bay, Neenah, Menasha)

In-Plant Graphics magazine has info about a lot of in-plants and job listings. You might be able to contact them.
Also, the In-plant Printing and Mailing Association might be able to help you out.

Can you run a Flexo Press?

I dont not have any experience in flexo, or for any 2 or 4 color ink press. Digital is my back ground, file manipulation, some pre press, bindery, mailing etc......
