    Good list.

    Somewhere should be noted the specific application/invention of PostScript-based imposition software (specifically ImpoStrip at first) which enabled the Optronics and Optrotechs of the world to move from the PCB imager and satellite image plotter world to the graphic arts world to impose 8-up film flats, which then led to CTP.
