Rubber Stamps and Name badges

We have had the same supplier for these for years and they aren't very good at what they do. We have an employee with extra time on her hands and have considered investing in the equipment to move this in house. My only problem is I don't know how they are made.

Anyone have any suggestions on the equipment needed to produce Ideal rubber stamps, name badges or name plates?

Brother makes a machine for retail use. you might find a niche in being able to do these stamps right away.
