Illinois Sales Tax

Hello, Information I find on the Illinois Department of Revenue is unclear. I know you don't pay sales tax if the product will be resold, or is being sold to a non-profit or government, but a lot of sales don't fall into those catergories. Is printing exempt from sales tax in Illinois?
