Die-cut maker for step and repeat

I'm searching for a software can make die-cut and step and repeat for my packaging box design business, I found Packmage, it can do both work with 3D modeling, but it seems a little limitation for the free trail, I can't afford the formal version, anyone knows another software can do those jobs for free? Please advise, thanks.
