Default Kodak may not sell its patents afterall

The low ball offers at Kodak's patent auction have caused Kodak to question the idea of selling its patents:

Since selling its patents was core to exiting bankruptcy and paying off its creditors, I wonder what the impact of withdrawing it's patents from auction will be on Kodak's plans going forward?

Meanwhile the court authorized the $4.5 million in bonuses for Kodak's top management: http://www.foxbusiness.com/technolog...based-bonuses/

I think the Courts may have something to say about them backing out. Can you just imagine the amount of money the Legal Firms are making off all this? i suspect nothing good will come of this.

As for the bonus situation,I don't agree with it but if it is a Binding Contract they have to be honored. I mean, it is not some Executives fault that Kodak is in trouble, right Lol.........

They should keep their patents...I think they can make more money by keeping them...in the long run.

In the long run, patents have no value. The time frame is important.

Sell them to Apple, they will find a way to sue anyone who created a camera phone before or after them.
