Hey Steve:

The MIS system we have currently is EFI Logic. We use PrinterPresence for our web solutions, and it looks like from your website you use their services as well. Currently, the EFI system is only being used by sales, and our CSR's but will be fully implemented within the whole company very shortly. Since the economic downturn has hit the economy hard there are a lot of specific software that I had wanted to implement that aren't going to happen anytime soon. The software I reviewed pretty much were extra tools that would of been nice to use but can wait for another day. However, most of the information is funneled through the EFI system that we have in place.

We also use the online ordering system from PrinterPresence. That was setup before my time, but I have been able to make the system more efficient with less headaches for production side.

What system/s does your company use? I see from your website that you have multiple systems for digital printing as well as an offset printer. Digital printing seems to be the way to go in this day and age. Talking shop sometime sounds swell.
