Hello, I apologise for contacting you but I have a problem with the Xerox 5252. Due to a dispute between my company and xerox they will no longer repair my machine. I need someone who could either repair the machine or offer advice. I noticed on a thread that you said you knew the model 5252 inside and out. Could you please offer your advice, the machine starts up then immediately switches off. Thanks for your time Shaun Faulkner
