Anaglyph 3D software

Looking for any help finding a good 3D anaglyph software program.
Doesn't have to be free, Mac or PC.
Anyone here ever do anaglyph 3D?

this is for the red/blue (looks out of register) images.
Need to be able to work with layers to get some good depth (foreground, near foreground, middle, near background, far background).

I used to do anaglyph images but lately I don't really have the time.
The best program you can use is Photoshop. You will have to take to photos (or in your case make two layer comps) one is slightly shifted to the left, the other is to the right. When you have your two images, take the red channel of the left image and replace the red channel of the right image with it. In some cases you will have to tweak your final image and also be aware that this more than lightly won't work with bright red objects.
