stop copy images for print

Is it possible to create stop copy images using Indesign, Illy or Photoshop? If not, does anyone have the name of a company that creates this type of art?

We have a Quark extension, "SecureX Xtreme". Have had no need to use it for quite some time but it works well. Check out DIGICOMP, Inc.
Not sure if they make plug-ins for indd though. How I got around that was to create a copy stop "VOID" using Quark, writing ps. and distilling to pdf then placing in indd. Worked fine. Basically creates a 1 bit tiff with two screen frequencies and two slightly different tints. hope this helps!
