    Default Looking for a used cutter...

    I'm in the Central PA area looking for a paper cutter. I need at least 20". Cut depth of at least 20". Also should be programmable, with independent clamp, and digital readout. If anybody has one, or knows of someone that has one please let me know. Thanks!
